ABOUT ME
After immigrating to the U.S., building a new life, and working more than a decade in the corporate world, I realized I was living to fulfill other people’s dreams and expectations instead of using my inner voice to guide my path. It was no wonder, then, that new achievements often felt more like a checked box than something that could bring me long-term fulfillment. It was time for a change.
I immersed myself in a two-year journey of self-discovery to understand what it meant to me to be truly happy. Through coaching, therapy, energy practices, and hypnosis, I was able to visualize a different way of living. My decision to become a coach flowed from my new awareness, opening a path that merges my exceptional listening and mentoring skills with my passion for helping people discover their best selves.
I received my Leadership & CoreEnergy coach certification from iPEC, and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
